Following the Prime Minister’s update: we write to update you on how Cornish Inventories can help you.
For Agents:
We have expanded our services to support agents working from home; and those with reduced office staff.
We are still offering full Inventories – our Check In/Out procedure has been adapted to minimise contact and will be in accordance with Government Guidelines.
We are now offering to do key handovers on check in day and any other on-site appointments as required so please do not hesitate to ask if you have any requirements – the chances are we can help!
We are able to offer discounts as normal on multiple inventories booked per month – for the next two months we are reducing the level where this applies to – to 5 inventories booked per month.
We can also offer 25% discounts for multiple Property Inspections in similar areas when undertaken on the same day.
Once the lockdown has eased further; we will be able to assist Agents in catching up on mid term property inspections and other services, at a reduced rate, until business returns to a more normal keel.
