Empty Property Inspections
Often if properties are empty for over a certain period of time then they will re-require checking for insurance purposes. We provide a photographic report with a date stamp as evidence of this. This can include evidence that the water has turned off. We can ventilate the property during the visit and undertake any meter reads or checks necessary.

My background in agency is Sales Progressing so we also offer sales progressing to any owners who either have just agreed a sale and wish to have the sale progressed professionally in order that all the facts are gained and monitored to ensure the sale is as quick as possible and ultimately actually leads to a completion. So many times owners never find out the complete facts about a buyer until it’s too late or agents do not keep up to date with progress or lack or it to pick up on any potential problems as early as possible leading to such high fall through rates. This service is particularly useful if you have agreed a sale privately when you don’t have an agent to check the status of your buyer or progress the sale. We offer this as a service at a fraction of the cost of an agents commission.
