Part furnished properties will be priced according to contents; between the cost of Furnished and Unfurnished. Furnished and equipped (including student and holiday let) properties may be priced according to contents – please contact us for a quote.

We allow for up to 2 reception rooms, 1 bath, 1 en-suite/wc, average front and rear gardens, 1 garage and 1 shed/outbuilding for each property; inclusive within the prices above. 

Additional rooms – Unfurnished £5 per room – Furnished £10 per room.

 

Mileage may be charged at £2 per mile, over 3 miles, to allow for additional time and fuel.

Please note that if the property is not as described; then Cornish Inventories Ltd reserve the right to amend the quote according to the pricelist, requote or refuse to undertake the service.
